We take great care to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that any of the following accidents occur during delivery, we will provide a return or exchange at our expense.

If you would like to return or exchange an item for the reasons listed above, please contact us using the contact information on the same page within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will contact you by email or phone using the contact information you provided when placing your order.

In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please store the product in its original packaging.
However, if we are unable to exchange the item due to sold out, etc., we will refund the product price and shipping fee.

• Products which has already used

• Products with damaged, defaced, or missing accessories such as boxes, tags, and instruction manuals
